Sample rates are:

  • A+ Technician for break/fix hardware repairs = $1.13/minute
  • System Engineer – OS and Networking gear = $2.13/minute 

You will save money on labor charges with our Pre-Paid Labor (PPL) program.  While a normal labor transaction is billed for a one hour minimun, and then in half hour increments, you are billed by the MINUTE in our PPL program.  When you only need 25 minutes of help, you only pay for 25 minutes (and you receive a 15% discount on all labor rates)  You hate to pay a large bill for a little bit of labor, yet we can't give it away, even in little chunks!  We all win in this program.

Pre-Paid Labor is purchased in $1,000.00 blocks in advance of the perfomed labor.  You will receive an email detailing the work done as soon as the task is complete.  You will receive a monthly informational invoice detailing all labor performed, the time worked and your remaining balance.  This clearly shows you where your labor charges went.

This is better for you than our competitors Block Time programs that expire after a year and charge you the same "blocks" regardless of who did the work and what their normal bill rate is. 

Normal premium time multipliers apply for after hours and weekend/Holiday work. i.e. time and one half, and double time.
